Key Qualifications: Forest management and consultancy assignments in Norway

Voluntary protection assistance. GIS in forestry. Projects using digital tools.

Work Experience:

Mr. Sørhuus has worked on forestry planning and other mapping projects since July 2019(??). He also works with voluntary protection and assists landowners who are in the process of assessing areas on their property.

Mr. Sørhuus has experience with GIS in forestry, and know how to use several platforms, including ArcGis, QGIS and Rstudio.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in forestry from Hedmark University College Evenstad.

Master’s Degree in Forest Science at the Norwegian University of Environmental and Life Sciences, NMBU.
